Let’s call this housing market what it is—a crisis.
I miss the days of needing to arrive at the actual right listing price in order to attract buyers.
I really miss the days of actual house shopping—as in there was time to look at houses and have second walk throughs.
I miss negotiating with the seller instead of competing with other buyers.
We all miss those days!
This housing crisis has extended to the rental market. Rental homes and apartments are in short supply.
With my experience in rental properties, I am approached frequently from lovely people asking me to keep an eye out for them if I happen to know of a home or apartment coming up for rent.
As a landlord, I know the many concerns we can have in finding good tenants.
On a small level, I have been helping facilitate landlords and tenants.
Recently, I have been hoping: what if we all worked together on a large scale?
Landlords, if you have a house or apartment availability coming up, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will let you know if I know of anyone who is looking that meets your criteria. I can also advertise your apartment (provided it meets health and safety standards) for you here!
Tenants, if you are looking for a home or apartment to rent, please also feel free to connect with me; I can also advertise your “looking add” and your name stays anonymous to the public!
What is the cost?
Nothing, …absolutely free.
We are in this together.
