We’re halfway through 2016 and the trend of low listing inventory in the Niagara region still applies!

In June we welcomed summer while working hard at the office & on the road making sure we were available to our clients in this hectic but strong real estate market.  “This is definitely a seller’s market,” said Niagara Association of REALTORS®, President Patrick Dummitt.  “The average days on market decreased by 17% compared to June 2015.  At the same time the average sale price increased by 13% compared to June 2015.”*
