WHAT IS A CMA?

CMA stands for COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS and our team uses this to help clients decide on the right price when listing a home.

A CMA will compare the home with sold and currently listed properties in the surrounding area.  We also look at features that a home offers to give a solid comparison.  By comparing these details we can give clients a good idea of the true value of their home.

Active listings indicate the prices for homes currently on the market.  If the clients decide to sell their home, the active listings will become ‘the competition’.  To realistically establish an asking price, we look at sold listings.

Sold listings will tell us what people have paid for neighbouring homes in the last 6 months.  The specific information from sold listings will allow us to make realistic comparisons.

Give our team a call and let us explain the importance of CMAs in establishing a price that will have your home sold quickly in today’s real estate market. We would be honoured to help you find Your Niagara Home!
