When you’re looking to buy a home, you can’t assume that ‘what you see is what you get’. New homeowners can be in for a costly surprise if they find out items were not included in the purchase price of the home. These items are referred to as “chattels”. Some examples of chattels are: light fixtures, appliances, water heater and alarm system.

Ask Randy or Stan about chattels before putting in an offer on a home. We will have the chattels confirmed, in writing. By getting all the details in writing, you can make an informed decision. We want to make sure that important details like these are taken care of. No surprises with Your Niagara Home!
