2015 finished off strong! December was a busy month for real estate! The market activity didn’t slow down at all…maybe because of the mild weather we experienced in Niagara? Average sale prices were up and average days on market were down! The Niagara Association of REALTORS® is currently preparing an annual statistical review and as soon as we receive that information, we’ll post it as well.
